ABSTRACT: An art work that people believe the president has deployed smart diplomatic policy on the exhibited country. There is a presumption that the president’s policy is going to be so welcoming by the people who anticipate the formation of the work. Before the execution of the work, rumors must be spread that a balloon that represents the policy has contained interesting “treasures”. When people come to see the work will be going to ask to vote for YES by sending SMS message to a designated phone number which will eventually “trigger” a pump to fill in certain air to the balloon. Once balloon reaches its capacity and goes off, fraud money inside the balloon will cast into the sky and everyone gets happy/upset about it.

ABSTRACT: A low-tech interactive art work let people send SMS prayers cross continents. The projection of Buddha or Christ images will be revealed upon certain amount of SMS has reached. Once an image has been shown on the projector, the praying process will be completed and it goes another cycle of image formation and prayers.
